Stefano Clinton Noya, S.H
Mr. Clinton is the Managing Partner in the Firm, he established the Firm with Mr. Akmala and Mr. Afrizal.
Mr. Clinton has acted on a number of complexes, high value and high profile cases, with a focus on criminal and commercial litigation.
Prior to establishing the Firm, he was one of the most valued partners at Akmalsyah & Co. Attorney.
Mr. Clinton is a promising young lawyer with combination of Integrity, knowledge, networking and talent, which is the key for his success for bringing our client’s satisfaction.
Mr. Clinton is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI)
Damba S. Akmala, S.H., M.H
Mr. Akmala is a senior partner in the Firm, he mostly handles civil and commercial disputes, and corporate and regulatory advisory matters.
Mr. Akmala also handles a wide array of corporate, commercial litigations and various criminal matters as a defence attorney.
He has advised a number of corporates and professionals regarding to the company legal matters and dispute resolutions.
Mr. Akmala is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI)
Harry Afrizal, S.H
Mr. Afrizal is a senior partner in the Firm. He is also the Head of Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department in the Firm.
Mr. Afrizal experience in a wide range of civil and commercial cases. In his practice, he has advised and acted for creditors, debtors / borrowers and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of restructuring, recovery, enforcement, liquidations, receiverships and judicial management cases.
Mr. Afrizal expertise also includes labour, natural resources and palm oil sector.
Mr. Afrizal is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Bankrupcty Trustees and Administrators Association (AKPI).
