Stefano Clinton Noya, S.H
Mr. Stefano is the Managing Partner of the Firm, which he co-founded together with Mr. Akmala and Mr. Afrizal.
He has handled numerous complex, high-value, and high-profile cases, with a particular focus on criminal and commercial litigation.
Prior to establishing the Firm, Mr. Stefano was a highly regarded partner at Akmalsyah & Co. Attorneys. He is recognized as a promising young lawyer whose integrity, knowledge, professional network, and talent have been key to delivering successful outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.
In addition, Mr. Clinton is also a registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Damba S. Akmala, S.H., M.H
Mr. Damba is a Senior Partner of the Firm, with extensive experience in handling civil and commercial disputes, as well as corporate and regulatory advisory matters.
In addition to his corporate and commercial practice, he has represented clients in a wide range of litigation cases and has acted as defense counsel in various criminal proceedings.
He has provided legal advice to numerous corporations and professionals on corporate matters and dispute resolution strategies, demonstrating both depth and versatility in his practice.
In addition, Mr. Damba is also a registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Harry Afrizal, S.H
Mr. Hary is a senior partner in the Firm. He is also the Head of Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department in the Firm.
Mr. Hary experience in a wide range of civil and commercial cases. In his practice, he has advised and acted for creditors, debtors / borrowers and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of restructuring, recovery, enforcement, liquidations, receiverships and judicial management cases.
Mr. Hary expertise also includes labor, natural resources and palm oil sector.
In addition, Mr. Hary is also a registered as the member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI).
Luthfi I. Putera, S.H.
Mr. Luthfi is an accomplished legal professional with more than a decade of experience in litigation, with a particular focus on criminal law, civil disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings in Indonesia.
He has successfully represented clients in complex cases before criminal courts, civil courts, commercial courts, as well as in labor law matters.
In addition, Luthfi is a registered member of the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI), further reinforcing his expertise in insolvency and restructuring.
Mohamad Akbar, S.H
Mr. Akbar is a Partner of the Firm, with extensive experience in handling civil and commercial disputes, as well as employment and insolvency matters.
Aside his expertise as mentioned above, he also successfully to represent various clients in corporate matters during his experiences in previous prominent law firms. He has provided legal representation both court proceeding and legal advice to numerous corporations in various business sectors.
Mr. Akbar is registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Himpunan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (HKPI).
